Twitter and Meme are both popular micro-blogging services. If you’re using them both and you want to link/sync them, there’s a tool called Twitter Meme that can help you.
Twitter Meme is a site that lets you post from Twitter to Meme, and vice versa. You just have to authorize it to post on your Twitter and Meme accounts, and you’re done! To do this, just go to Twitter Meme and click Link them up.

You’ll be transferred to another webpage that will ask you if you want to allow Twitter Meme to connect to your Twitter account, enter your username and password (if needed) and click Allow. You’ll be then transferred to Yahoo! where you need to sign in with your Meme account. Click the Agree button to allow sharing of Yahoo! info with Twitter. You’re done! Your Twitter and Meme accounts are now synced.
* Don’t worry about the security of your account information because Twitter Meme will never get your password. You just have to tell Twitter and Yahoo! to allow this site to use your two feeds. At any time, you can go to your Twitter and Yahoo! account pages and revoke this access completely.

You can now start posting updates from Meme to Twitter, and vice versa.

If you want to make an update but you don’t want it to be forwarded, you just have to include these characters in your tweet/meme: #nofw

Twitter Meme can also handle image/video/audio posts from Meme to Twitter. It will post something like this: Caption for cool pic http://example.com/thing.jpg

I’m sure a lot of Twitter and Meme users will be very glad to see this cool service.
