Previously, I’ve been showing you some applications that let you add watermark on your photos but how about if you want to do the opposite?

Photo Stamp Remover is a great tool for anyone who wants to remove the annoying date stamps on their pictures. It is a photo correction tool that helps users get rid of unwanted objects, dusts, stains, and wrinkles that appear on their treasured photographs.

The first time I used Photo Stamp Remover, I was quite disappointed because it wasn’t able to remove the watermark from my photo. However, after watching the online demo, I was able to use it properly and luckily, got the result I wanted. Check out the sample below.

Here’s the original photo:

Here’s the edited photo using Photo Stamp Remover:

As you can see from the picture above, I was able to remove the wooden beach bed from the photo without any trace. Awesome huh?

It can also remove those annoying date stamps on your pictures in just a few clicks. Check this out!

You can read their detailed articles/tutorials on how to remove date stamps and other objects from your photo using Photo Stamp Remover.

Photo Stamp Remover also supports batch mode so you can easily remove watermarks from all your photos at a time – a really great time saver! Now you don’t need to buy expensive software like Adobe Photoshop just to accomplish this simple task. By using Photo Stamp Remover, you can save more money, time, and effort all at the same time!

NOTE: I tried using it to remove complicated watermark or logos from a photo but it wasn’t able to deliver a good result. This software is probably made for simple removal of watermarks and I can say that it’s perfect for beginners like me who do not want to use too complicated applications for just a simple task.

If you can’t afford to buy Adobe Photoshop (which cost $699 above) or Corel Draw, you can buy Photo Stamp Remover for only $39.95. But before you purchase it, check out the giveaway below. Who knows, you might get it without even spending a single penny.

I’m not a big fan of any toolbar whether it is Google, StumbleUpon, Yahoo!, or even Facebook bar. Why? Since I’m only using a notebook, those toolbars can take so much space on my tiny web browser. If you can still recall the first time you used your browser, it was so clean and there were no annoying toolbars but as time passed by, these toolbars started to appear and your browser gets smaller and smaller.

Some of you might be wondering how do these toolbars suddenly appear on your browser. Well actually, it may be caused by some software you install on your PC like AVG anti-virus or Yahoo! Messenger which also installs a toolbar on your browser. So how can you remove these extra toolbars? Check this out!

First option is to uninstall the toolbar. Go to Control Panel and click Uninstall a Program (Windows 7) or Add/Remove Programs (Windows XP). Look for the toolbars installed on your PC (i.e. Ask Toolbar, Skype Toolbar, Yahoo! Toolbar, etc.) that you want to remove.

Right-click on the toolbar and click Uninstall. You’re done!

If you can’t find the toolbar you want to uninstall, open your browser and go to Add-ons manager. Search the toolbar you want to remove and click Uninstall.

If you don’t want to totally remove or uninstall the toolbars from your computer, your second option is to just hide them.

For Firefox: Go to View menu and hover over Toolbars. Uncheck the toolbars you want to hide.

For Internet Explorer: Go to Tools and hover over Toolbars. Uncheck the toolbars you want to hide.

Tip: When installing any software, check all the things that will be installed before proceeding with the installation process. It’s also better if you’ll choose a Custom installation than Automatic so you can control what should be installed and what should not.

A friend of mine has just installed Kaspersky Internet Security on his brand new PC and he’s quite annoyed with the two Kaspersky icons that appear in his Firefox. He asked me if there’s a way to disable or remove it and I told him that I’m going to answer his question in my blog and here it is. Check this out!

What are these add-ons that Kaspersky Internet Security installed in Firefox:

The first add-on is the Kaspersky URL Advisor that compares web addresses and other URLs against a database of suspicious and phishing websites.

The other one is the Kaspersky Virtual Keyboard which you can use to safely enter sensitive information without being tracked by keyloggers.

These icons may be really useful but if you think you don’t need it or you don’t want to see a lot of icons in your browser, you can easily remove these. Here’s how:

1. Open Firefox and go to Tools menu –> Add-ons.

2. Look for Kaspersky URL Advisor and click Disable.

3. Restart your browser. You’re done!
