Microsoft Windows Automatic Updates is a service provided by Microsoft that provides updates for the Microsoft Windows Operating System and its installed components, including Internet Explorer and other Microsoft Windows software, such as Microsoft Office, Windows Live applications, and Microsoft Expression.

It is recommended that we install updates automatically to ensure maximum protection against latest security threats and provide few old bug fixes. However, once the security updates get installed, it starts displaying a notification to restart your system in regular intervals and this is really annoying when you are doing something really important. So how do we turn it off? How can we stop Windows from nagging us to restart our PC?
