Post Tweets From Your Address Bar

by

Twitter has become a worldwide phenomena and many people including some famous celebrities have been really addicted to it! So if you’re the type of person who post tweets every hour or every minute (certified Twitter addicts), wouldn’t it be great if you could send tweets from your address bar so you won’t have to go to your Twitter homepage just to post tweets?

TwitterBar is a Firefox add-on that lets you send Tweets from your address bar! You can see a small Twitter icon at the right of your address bar; clicking on it will post your tweet, and you can hover your mouse over it to see how many characters you have left.

Clicking the Twitter icon when visiting a webpage will send a tweet containing the URL of the webpage you are currently viewing.

You can also search Twitter and the Social Web directly from your address bar using TwitterBar. How? Just type your search and put “–search” (without “ “) at the end.

You can also search the Social Web by clicking the magenta icon that appears when you hover over the Twitter icon in the address bar.

TwitterBar is really a must-have for Twitter addicts. It makes Tweeting easier and more exciting!
