HelloSign – Sign and send documents quickly
HelloSign is a nifty web app that makes it easy to sign documents quickly! Now you don’t need to waste any paper and effort to print, sign, and scan documents again. HelloSign is integrated with Google Drive so you can easily sign those documents you stored in the cloud. It can also be linked with other cloud services such as Box, Dropbox, and Evernote!
To use it, you just need to visit HelloSign and login with your Google Account. Once you’re logged in, you have the option to upload docs/files from your hard drive or get files from Google Drive or other supported cloud services mentioned above. You can send and sign any type of document such as PDF, Word, Excel, etc.

Once the upload is finished, you can now edit and sign the document.
There are three ways on how you can sign the uploaded document; you can either upload an image file of your signature, draw using your mouse, or just type in your name. Pardon my signature below but it’s actually very difficult to draw using a mouse.
Once you’re done, you can now insert your signature anywhere on the document and adjust its size if you have to. Just click the “Save” button once you’re finished.
You’ll be then asked to enter the email address of the recipient and then just click the Send button when done. Aside from signing documents, you can also use HelloSign to ask someone to sign a document. Simply upload the document they need to sign, assign the signature field and send off your request.

I think that 's a great opportunities but i am not sure that security is at top level because we talk about signature.
