Get Flash Content From Any Website Using Google Chrome

This is a guest post by Kevin Scott. If you want to guest post on this blog, just drop me a message using the Contact page.

There must be hundreds of “YouTube Downloader” programs. However, there are not many apps that allow you to download any Flash video for free with no hassle. Today, I am going to show you a Google Chrome extension called GetFlash, that allows you to download any and every single Flash content from any website on the world wide web!

Just browse over to Chrome Extensions, look for GetFlash and click the Add to Chrome button.

* Make sure that you are in Google Chrome.

Install GetFlash

Once installed, it’s time to test it. Just go to YouTube, or other sites like Metacafe, Google Video, Dailymotion, and other sites with Flash. Now, the thing to remember is that if there is Flash content then there will be a Flash icon on the right of the address bar. Click that Flash icon.

GetFlash Icon

Then, on the top of each Flash object, there will be two links. One will say Download, the other will say (Video). If they give you both options, never click DOWNLOAD! It will only give you the source of the video player. Right-click on the link called (Video), click Save link as…. and save it to your desktop.

Download Flash In Google Chrome

Just like what I said earlier, you can use GetFlash to download any Flash objects from any website. That means you can also download Flash games from websites like FlashGame247, Flash-Game.net, Y8, and other popular sites.

Hi William, I'm sorry if you got confused but there is actually a download link above. Just click the Chrome Extensions link and you'll be delivered to the Getflash download page. For your convenience, here is the link: http://goo.gl/Ug2m

Thanks for your comment. Your feedback is very much appreciated!
